Shipping Policy
What shipping options do you have?
Shipments are fulfilled as soon as your order is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order during business days (Monday - Friday).
After your order has been shipped, delivery time is 3-8 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary.
How long will it take to get my package?
It depends on the location of the warehouse. Orders are shipped out directly from the nearest warehouse and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as we can! Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $200
How much is the shipping?
For orders less than $200, the cost of the shipping depends on the weight of the total order.
Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Return and Refund Policy
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please state the reason of your return in your email and your order number.

What if the package was damaged or had any other issues?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What are the exceptions or the non-returnable items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
My return is accepted, what's next?
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What is the refund policy?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I cancel my order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.
If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
What are the invalid reasons?
If the buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering a great value. The buyer should be confident that he/she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
How do you use my personal information?

Also, we use it to provide you with customer support and improve our Services.
