Shipping Information:

 

Once your order is verified, we aim to fulfill and ship it within 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). Delivery times typically range from 3 to 8 business days, depending on the location of the warehouse and your shipping address. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays.

 

⦿ For orders over $200, we offer free shipping. For orders under $200, the shipping cost is determined by the total weight of your order.

 

⦿ If your order consists of multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses to expedite delivery. This may result in receiving your items in separate packages, but rest assured, we do this to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 

⦿ In the rare event that your order gets stuck, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order promptly.



        Returns & Refunds:

         

        We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AntiGreed. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

         

        ⦿ To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

         

        ⦿ Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

         

        ⦿ Please be aware that certain items, such as sale items and gift cards, are non-returnable. Additionally, returns will not be accepted for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
